Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g breakfast bacon
- 750 g tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- basil
- 125 g cheese, Emmental in slices
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry bacon slices in a pan. Place halved tomatoes on top. Sprinkle diced onions over the bacon. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Top with cheese and heat until melted. Tastes great with meatballs.
