Tomato pasta with seafood

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 sprigs of thyme, fresh
  • 2 ports. Salmon fillet(s), 150 g each
  • 300 g seafood, frozen
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • possibly chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash, trim, deseed, and slice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Wash the thyme, shake it dry, and finely chop the leaves. Rinse the salmon and seafood with cold water and pat dry. Cut the salmon into pieces. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the garlic, salmon, and seafood for 3 to 4 minutes. Deglaze with white wine and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Mix everything together and serve on plates. Garnish with chives and thyme, if desired.
