Tomato porridge with avocado

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g oat flakes
  • 70 g millet flakes
  • 2 ½ dl vegetable broth
  • 200 g tomato sauce, with pieces
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 70 g Parmesan
  • Spice(s) (turmeric, pepper, nutmeg, cardamom, basil, oregano)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the vegetable broth and add the cereal flakes, then reduce it to a simmer with the tomato sauce. Peel the avocado, mash the flesh, and add it. Add the grated cheese and season to taste. Reduce to a thick paste over medium heat, stirring constantly.
