Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 350 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 10 small tomatoes
- 1 small jar of olives with paprika filling
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- 2 cup(s) rice (coffee cups)
- 2 tbsp spice mix, e.g. bruschetta spice mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper

quick, tasty and easy
Dice the onion and fry in a little oil in a pan. Add the minced meat, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Add the tomato paste to the pan; once the minced meat is no longer pink, let it simmer briefly. Add the passata, a cup of sour cream, and the seasonings. Let everything simmer for a moment. Finally, add the diced feta cheese, the halved olives, and the halved cherry tomatoes. When the feta cheese has melted slightly, serve.
