Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • some tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper, coarse
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 2 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for salakis, baguettes etc.

Dice the tomatoes. Add pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, olive oil, and vinegar and mix well. Finely chop the basil leaves and add them.
