Tomato salad with corn

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g tomatoes
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 small can of corn kernels
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, cut into eighths, and remove the green stems. Wash the chives, shake dry, and finely chop them. Lightly mix the tomato quarters, corn kernels, and chives in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion, and do the same with the garlic clove. Whisk the sour cream and milk until creamy and mix well with the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Season to taste with lemon juice. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and let it marinate.
