Tomato salad with oregano and thyme

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 7 stalks of thyme
  • 3 sprigs of oregano
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Strip the herbs from their stems and finely chop. Gently mix the tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and herbs together, then season the salad generously with salt and pepper.
