Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 600 g tomatoes
- 1 tsp, heaped sesame seeds
- e.g. parsley, flat
- 4 tbsp water

Peel and press the garlic. Combine the garlic with tahini, lemon juice, and 4 tablespoons of water to form a smooth sauce. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem ends, and roughly dice. Pull the parsley from the stems and roughly chop. Mix the tomatoes, parsley, and sesame seeds. Mix the sesame sauce with the tomatoes immediately before serving. Very important: For this dish, the tomatoes must be refrigerated.
