Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley, flat, chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp tomato ketchup
  • some salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Very tasty with crackers

Wash, trim, and seed the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Serve perfectly with baguette or crackers.
