Tomatoes – Peppers – Rice Soup

The perfect tomatoes – peppers – rice soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Chopped onion
  • 20 g Mild coke fat
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste double
  • 2 tbsp Paprika pulp
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • ******************************
  • 300 g Cooked rice
  • ******************************
  • 2 tbsp Oleolux *
  1. Sauté the onions in the coconut oil, add the paprika pulp and tomato paste and fill up with the vegetable stock, stir everything well and bring to a boil, everything should simmer for about 2 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the cooked rice – do not let it boil anymore –
  3. Finally stir in the Oleolux.

Serving

  1. Fill into soup bowls, decorate with chopped chives and enjoy.
