Tomatoes – Peppers – Rice Soup
The perfect tomatoes – peppers – rice soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Chopped onion
- 20 g Mild coke fat
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste double
- 2 tbsp Paprika pulp
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- ******************************
- 300 g Cooked rice
- ******************************
- 2 tbsp Oleolux *
- Sauté the onions in the coconut oil, add the paprika pulp and tomato paste and fill up with the vegetable stock, stir everything well and bring to a boil, everything should simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the cooked rice – do not let it boil anymore –
- Finally stir in the Oleolux.

Serving
- Fill into soup bowls, decorate with chopped chives and enjoy.
