Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tomatoes
- 250g mozzarella
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- e.g. basil or herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Slice the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste. Then spread the mozzarella on top and sprinkle with basil. Bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Serve with a baguette.
