Tomatoes with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 400 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some thyme
  • some basil
  • some pepper
  • some herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and feta cheese and arrange them alternately in a greased baking dish. Finely dice the onions and garlic and add them to the dish. Sprinkle with thyme, basil, pepper, and herb salt and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve with flatbread, baguette, ciabatta, or similar.
