Baked baguette with cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 tbsp margarine (low-fat)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 large baguette(s) – bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, margarine, and egg well with a mixer. Cut the ham into thin strips, peel the tomatoes and dice very finely, finely chop the anchovy fillets, and press the garlic through a press. Mix everything together and stir in the oregano. Halve the baguette lengthwise, cut into eight pieces, and spread the mixture on top. Sprinkle the capers evenly over the top and press them in gently. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
