Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 60 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp milk, if needed
- some tonka bean shavings
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 4 plums
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp honey
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the quark with cream, milk, tonka bean zest, and coconut blossom sugar until smooth and season to taste. Halve and pit the plums, and fry in oil with cinnamon and honey until the cut sides are nicely browned. If you prefer them softer, you can leave them in the pan for a while to cook over low heat. Now pour the tonka bean quark cream into bowls and arrange the cinnamon plums on top. Garnish with cinnamon and honey, if desired, and serve.
