Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the curd cheese, eggs, and milk. Then add the flour, sugar, and salt. Fry the sparrows in hot oil. Serve with cinnamon sugar and applesauce.
