  • 4 medium sized Apples
  • Lemon juice
  • 100 g Melt butter
  • 200 g Sugar brown
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs size L.
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar after baking
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar after baking

Preparation:

  1. Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut the quarters crosswise into slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Melt butter in a saucepan and let cool slightly. Butter a 22 mm tart pan and sprinkle with semolina. Mix powdered sugar with vanilla sugar. Preheat the oven to 200 ° O / bottom heat.
