Tortelini and Spinach Casserole

- 400 g Tortellini
- 400 g Creamed spinach
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 100 g Processed cheese
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Mozzarella
- 1 Grated Emmental
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Oil
- Cook the tortelini according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves, dice them finely and sauté them in the oil with the diced ham until translucent, add the spinach, defrost over low heat, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the processed cheese, let it melt slowly and stir well.
