Tortellini 4 Seasons

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 broccoli
  • 75 g bacon, diced, lean
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 400 g tortellini, meatless, pre-cooked
  • ½ can corn
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Broccoli, ham, bacon cubes, corn

Clean and finely chop the broccoli, and boil it in a pot of salted water for about 6 minutes. Briefly fry the onion, bacon bits, and ham in a pan over medium heat until the onions become translucent. Drain the broccoli and add it to the pan with the corn. Briefly fry everything together over high heat until golden brown. Add the sour cream, cream, tortellini, and vegetable broth, stir, and let stand for 5 minutes; do not boil.
