Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 400 g tortellini
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Butter or oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Simple, tasty, quick

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Then stir in the flour with a whisk. Sauté the mixture until it turns light yellow. Then add the milk and heat on high until the sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Drain the cooked tortellini (they may still be slightly firm to the bite) in a sieve and return them to the pan. Add the salmon and sauce and mix everything together. Transfer everything to a round, greased baking dish (28-30 cm in diameter, 3-4 cm thick) and sprinkle with the cheese. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 15 minutes.
