Tortellini and Spinach Casserole

  • 1 bag Tortellini
  • 1 Can Peeled canned tomatoes. small
  • 200 g Frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped basil
  • 150 g Cooked ham
  • 2 tsp Vegeta spice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and cook the tortellini, but do not fully cook.
  1. Dice the onion and peel and chop the garlic, sweat in oil, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, put them in a saucepan, add the spinach, onions and garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  1. Cut the ham into cubes, chop the basil and add the spice and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste and add the cream.
  1. Grease the baking dish and cover the bottom with the sauce. Add the tortellini and the rest of the sauce, sprinkle with cheese.
