Tortellini casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g tortellini, filled with cheese
  • 400 g spinach, frozen, thawed and squeezed
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 100 g ham
  • 2 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the tortellini in a baking dish, sprinkle with the chopped ham, and then arrange the spinach on top. Combine the cream with water and crème fraîche. Chop the tomatoes and basil and mix in. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
