Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta (macaroni)
- 1 bell pepper(s), quartered and cut into thin strips
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g ham, cooked, cut into small strips
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain. Sauté the bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the butter over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Then combine with the ham, pasta, and crème fraîche and transfer everything to a greased casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper, and a little paprika. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover the dish with a lid or foil, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
