Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of tortellini
  • 1 pack of tomato sauce, ready-made
  • 2 clove(s) garlic (optional)
  • 2 slices cheese, Gouda
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cheese, sliced ​​Edam
  • some butter
  • some oil

Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and brown in butter in a nonstick pan. Add the crushed garlic cloves. Grease the baking dish with a little oil and fill with the tortellini. Place the cheese slices on top. Spoon over the tortellini. Pour the tomato sauce on top. Pour the cup of cream over the cheese. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 225°C.
