Tortellini casserole with ham and pineapple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini, filling of your choice, dried
  • salt water
  • 125 ml milk
  • 120 g crème fraîche or low-fat cream cheese
  • 80 g ham (nut ham)
  • 60 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 small can of pineapple slices
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, combine the milk and crème fraîche or cream cheese to make a sauce. Finely chop the ham and add it to the sauce. Mix in the Emmental cheese. Drain the pineapple slices well, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the sauce. Season with tomato paste, pepper, salt, and basil. Drain the tortellini well and toss with the sauce. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes.
