Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some milk
  • some butter for frying
  • some broth, instant
  • pepper, black
  • 1 shot of white wine, if children are eating with you, omit
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very tasty, tried and tested many times, also enjoyed by children, but be careful, many calories

Pre-cook the tortellini in a pot of salted water. In the meantime, dice the cooked ham and onion and fry in a slightly larger pan with butter (do not season yet!!!). Pour in the two cups of cream and stir in the processed cheese. Simmer slightly. Drain the cooked tortellini and add them to the ham, cheese, and cream mixture. Stir, simmer slightly longer, season with a little stock, pepper, and white wine, if desired, and serve. If the mixture becomes a bit too thick, thin it with milk. The tortellini are very filling; this amount is sufficient for two adults and one child.
