Tortellini Pan

The perfect tortellini pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh tortellini filled with meat
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 1 Can Sliced ​​mushrooms (canned)
  • 200 gr Processed cheese herbs
  • 200 ml (Koch-)Sahne
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • Some oil
  1. First peel the onion and garlic cloves. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the ham into small pieces. Drain the mushrooms and cut them a little smaller if necessary.
  2. Heat a little oil in a large pan. Sweat the onion in it. Add the chopped ham and let fry briefly. Also add the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid is almost completely gone. Then fry the garlic briefly.
  3. Deglaze with (cooking) cream, add the processed cheese and let it melt. Season with ground black pepper, add oregano and possibly a little salt. But cooked ham and processed cheese already contain enough salt, so be careful …
  4. In the meantime, put on a large pot of salted water for the fresh tortellini. Let the tortellini steep in the boiling water for only 3-4 minutes.
  5. Fish the tortellini out of the water with a sieve ladle and add them directly to the pan. Mix everything carefully. If necessary, carefully season with salt.
