Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of tortellini with spinach and cheese filling
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup(s) salad – cream, light
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, in rolls

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Boil the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions and let cool. Quarter and deseed the tomatoes. Peel the cucumber, cut into quarters, and remove the seeds. Cut both into small cubes. Make the dressing with salad cream, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the tortellini and let it sit for at least 1 hour. Serve with white bread.
