Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of tortellini from the refrigerated counter
- 1 jar Pesto Genovese
- 1 pack of tomatoes, dried
- 1 bag of pine nuts
- 1 pack of arugula
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and toast the pine nuts in a nonstick pan until light brown. Rinse the arugula and shake or spin dry. While hot, transfer the tortellini to a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well and enjoy. Serve with grilled food or pan-fried steaks.
