Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g tortellini of your choice
- salt water
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 4 tomatoes
- 50 g arugula
- 1 jar of tartar sauce (250 ml)
- 150 ml milk
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 5 tbsp Parmesan, freshly sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse, and let cool. Mix the remoulade with the milk, tuna, Parmesan cheese, and bite-sized arugula. Season with salt and pepper. Then stir in the tortellini and garnish with the quartered tomatoes. Let everything sit in the refrigerator for a while.
