Tortellini tortilla

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh
  • 150 g salami, spicy variety
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and dice the onion and slice the salami. Whisk the eggs with the grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Heat the oil in a large, ovenproof skillet and sauté the onions and peas. Then add the salami and tortellini and mix well. Pour the egg mixture over the tortellini and cook everything over low heat for a few minutes. Then place the skillet in the preheated oven and let the tortilla set for 15-20 minutes.
