Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta, small variety
- 3 eggs
- 200 g leaf spinach, frozen
- some nutmeg
- some salt and pepper
- some butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender, drain, and let cool. Whisk the eggs. Mix the pasta with the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place the spinach in a bowl of boiling water and let stand for about 2 minutes. Drain the spinach well and squeeze out some of the excess liquid. Place the spinach in a greased dish and then top with the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. After baking, turn out of the dish and serve as desired.
