Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g tortellini from the refrigerated counter
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
- 25 g butter
- e.g. basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tortellini in boiling, lightly salted water according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a warm pan and sauté the garlic clove, either through a garlic press or finely chopped, for about 1 minute over medium heat. Add the cream, bring to a boil briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Grate in the Parmesan cheese. The amount can be adjusted to your liking. Add the tortellini to the pan and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil, if desired.
