Tortellini with cream sauce and sage

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tortellini
  • 1 liter of water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some sage
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ¼ liter sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring water, salt, and oil to a boil in a pot, then cook the tortellini for about 15 minutes, or until al dente. Meanwhile, slice the ham into thin strips. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly fry the ham slices. Drain the tortellini and add them to the pan with the ham. Season with sage and pepper. Finely chop the parsley. Add the cream to the tortellini, stir once, and then add the parsley. Heat over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the Parmesan cheese before serving.
