Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg tortellini, fresh
- 1 small pointed cabbage
- 1 cup of Cremefine, approx. 200 g
- 1 onion(s)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onions and sauté them in a pan with a little oil. Add the shredded pointed cabbage and sauté lightly. Add the Cremefine and season with salt, pepper, and plenty of curry powder. Finally, add the quartered cherry tomatoes. Cook the tortellini and serve with the sauce.
