Tortellini with pork fillet in cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh (homemade or bought)
  • 200 g pork fillet(s)
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 50 ml white wine, dry
  • 100 ml broth
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic, cut the pork fillet into small pieces, and chop the parsley. Sauté the onions in a little butter in a pan, adding the garlic a little later. Then add the meat to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and brown. Add the tortellini, wine, and crème fraîche. Bring to a boil, then add the broth and cream. Simmer until the sauce is slightly thickened. Finally, stir in the parsley and season to taste.
