Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tortellini from the refrigerated section
- 250 ml cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 500 g frozen vegetables (royal vegetables)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (to taste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and drain in a colander. Prepare the vegetables according to the package instructions. When the vegetables are ready, add the cream and cream cheese and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and broth. Add the tortellini and bring back to a boil.
