Tortellini with Sage Butter

The perfect tortellini with sage butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Tortellini
  • 1 bunch Sage
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 70 g Parmesan
  • Sea-Salt
  1. Boil the tortellini in salted water. Chop the sage and garlic. The sage can stay coarser.
  2. Put on a large pan, melt the butter and fry the garlic and sage. Add the drained tortellini and toss well.
  3. Finally, pour freshly grated Parmesan over the top and toss. Arrange on pasta plates.
