Tortellini with Sage Butter
The perfect tortellini with sage butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Tortellini
- 1 bunch Sage
- 40 g Butter
- 1 toe Garlic
- 70 g Parmesan
- Sea-Salt
- Boil the tortellini in salted water. Chop the sage and garlic. The sage can stay coarser.
- Put on a large pan, melt the butter and fry the garlic and sage. Add the drained tortellini and toss well.
- Finally, pour freshly grated Parmesan over the top and toss. Arrange on pasta plates.
