Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g tortellini
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 150 g smoked salmon slices
- 125 g mozzarella in small balls
- Madras curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, shred the salmon and fry briefly in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Now add the passata, bring to a boil, and season again with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Allow the sauce to reduce. Add the mozzarella balls to the sauce just before serving to prevent them from melting too much.
