Ingredients
- 400 g Tortellini filled with cheese
- 3 Pc. Red peppers
- 4 Pc. Baby carrots
- 20 g Tomato paste
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 100 g Grated mozzarella
- 1 pinch Salt
- 10 g Some margarine
Instructions
- Bring the tortellini to the boil briefly in salted water and then rinse.
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry them in the margarine. Then add the cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with tomato paste and salt.
- When the vegetables are firm to the bite, add the tortellini and stir in.
- Finally stir in the grated mozzarella (or other grated cheese) and serve.
