Tortellini with Vegetables

The perfect tortellini with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Tortellini filled with cheese
  • 3 Pc. Red peppers
  • 4 Pc. Baby carrots
  • 20 g Tomato paste
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Grated mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 10 g Some margarine
  1. Bring the tortellini to the boil briefly in salted water and then rinse.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry them in the margarine. Then add the cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with tomato paste and salt.
  3. When the vegetables are firm to the bite, add the tortellini and stir in.
  4. Finally stir in the grated mozzarella (or other grated cheese) and serve.
  5. BON APPETITE !!!
