Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tortellini with spinach and ricotta filling
  • 400 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g onion(s), cut into small cubes
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried and grated
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • 1 tbsp, heaped basil, dried
  • 20 g fresh basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Add the olive oil to the pan and heat. Add the sliced ​​onion and fry. Add the tortellini and fry. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and cream, then add the sliced ​​tomatoes. Add the dried herbs, pepper, and sugar, stir, and let it reduce. Finally, add a pinch of salt and the fresh basil.
