Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tortellini with spinach and ricotta filling
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g onion(s), cut into small cubes
- 150 g cream
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 1 tsp oregano, dried and grated
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 1 tbsp, heaped basil, dried
- 20 g fresh basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Add the olive oil to the pan and heat. Add the sliced onion and fry. Add the tortellini and fry. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and cream, then add the sliced tomatoes. Add the dried herbs, pepper, and sugar, stir, and let it reduce. Finally, add a pinch of salt and the fresh basil.
