Tortelloni with Lots of Vegetables
The perfect tortelloni with lots of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Tortellini
- 3 Chicken Breasts (400g)
- Oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Florets Broccoli
- 2 Red pointed peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Garam masala
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to the package description, drain and set aside.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices, clean the remaining vegetables and chop them
- Peel and chop the onion, garlic and ginger
- Now heat a little oil in a pan and beat the diced chicken breast, remove.
- Sear the vegetables in the meat stock, fry the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add the coconut milk, stir well with salt, cayenn pepper and garam masala.
- Finally add the tortellonia, stir well and let it warm up
