Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 g wheat flour
- 125 g corn flour
- 10 g salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
simple and vegetarian
Mix all ingredients until smooth and even (as you would for a creamy batter). Pour the batter into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then measure out 2 tablespoons of batter and bake in a hot pan for about 1.5 minutes on each side.
