Tortilla Multicultural

The perfect tortilla multicultural recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Tortillas

flesh

  • 200 g Tartare
  • 1 tsp Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
  • Salt and pepper

“Sauce”

  • Hot paprika powder
  • 1 a cup Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Chopped fresh chives
  • Black cumin

salad

  • 1 pod Pointed parika red
  • 1 heart Romaine lettuce
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Can of corn
  • 1 glass Black pitted olives
  • 1 piece Sheep cheese

  1. Season the tartar with salt, pepper and Ras-el-Hanout and fry it in a pan

Tortillas

  1. Brush the tortillas with yogurt and sprinkle with hot paprika, black cumin and fresh parsley and chives.

  1. Cut vegetables, lettuce and onion and mix with corn and olives.

Serving

  1. Spread the salad and meat on the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Fold everything up and serve.
