Tortilla Multicultural
The perfect tortilla multicultural recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Tortillas

- 200 g Tartare
- 1 tsp Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
- Salt and pepper
“Sauce”
- Hot paprika powder
- 1 a cup Greek yogurt 10% fat
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Chopped fresh chives
- Black cumin

- 1 pod Pointed parika red
- 1 heart Romaine lettuce
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Can of corn
- 1 glass Black pitted olives
- 1 piece Sheep cheese

- Season the tartar with salt, pepper and Ras-el-Hanout and fry it in a pan
Tortillas
- Brush the tortillas with yogurt and sprinkle with hot paprika, black cumin and fresh parsley and chives.

- Cut vegetables, lettuce and onion and mix with corn and olives.
Serving
- Spread the salad and meat on the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Fold everything up and serve.
