Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 6 wraps
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 jar sauce (taco sauce)
  • 250 g crème fraîche or cream cheese
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small can of kidney beans or peas
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan/convection oven. Grease a springform pan. Fry the minced meat and finely chopped onion in a pan and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add the taco sauce and vegetables. Simmer slightly, then set aside. Place a tortilla in the springform pan and spread about 1/6 of the crème fraîche evenly over it. Spread 1/5 of the minced meat mixture evenly over it and sprinkle with some cheese. Repeat this process four more times, finishing with crème fraîche. Place tomato slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, until the cheese is browned. Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan (carefully loosen the sides with a knife if necessary) and cut into cake slices.
