Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 40 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk (or use a hand mixer) for a few minutes until creamy. Then mix 1/8 l of milk with the cornstarch. Pour the remaining milk and chocolate into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously. Add the mixed cornstarch and simmer over medium heat until thickened. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the egg yolk and sugar mixture – but do not bring to a boil again! Now pour the pudding into cold, rinsed molds. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
