Traffic light – rice salad with tuna

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • ½ can peas
  • ½ bag of rice (boil-in-the-bag), cooked
  • 1 shot of Miracle Whip
  • 1 can of tuna
  • possibly onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the bell pepper into small pieces. Place the bell pepper in a bowl with the peas, tuna, corn, and cooked rice. Top with Miracle Whip. If you like, stir in some onions.
