Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 Maultasche(n), cooked
- 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 200 g ham, cooked
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the Maultaschen into bite-sized cubes. Finely chop the onion, thinly slice the mushrooms, finely dice the bell pepper, cut the cooked ham into small cubes, and chop the parsley. Mix everything in a bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes and sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. We always serve this with baguette. Note: I’ve specified 2 servings, as we occasionally enjoy this for dinner. Then there’s nothing else for dinner except baguette! If it can be used as a side dish, I would probably make it 4 servings.
