Treat Plate with Scrambled Mushroom Eggs
The perfect treat plate with scrambled mushroom eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Discs Sunflower bread
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Mushrooms approx. 160 g
- 2 Strong pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 big pinches Mild curry powder
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 4 Radish
- 2 Vine tomatoes
- 2 * ½ Bauern Handkäse Käserolle
- 2 * ½ Scheibe Hähnchenbrust gewürfelt in Aspik
- 2 Leaflets Flat leaf parsley for garnish
- Brush sunflower bread lightly with butter and place on 2 plates. Clean / brush the mushrooms and finely dice. Beat the eggs and mix well with the mushroom cubes, coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and mild curry powder (2 big pinches). Heat sunflower oil (1 tbsp) in a non-stick pan, add the mushroom-egg mixture and fry slowly, let set. Halve and divide between the two loaves of bread. Add the radishes, vine tomatoes, cheese and chicken breast in aspic. Serve garnished with parsley leaves.
