- 3 Pc. Free range eggs
- 3 tablespoon Cream
- 175 g Flour
- Fat for the shape
- 3 blackboard Milk chocolate a. 100 gram
- 3 a cup 200 ml cream.
- 3 Bags Cream stiffener
- The day before, dissolve the chocolate in the warm cream and chill.
- Prepare the dough with the above ingredients and preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Grease the 26 mm cake tin. Put 2 tablespoons of batter into the cake tin and spread thinly. Bake for 5 minutes. Repeat this process until the batter is used up.
- Cool the finished cake. Beat the chocolate cream with the whipped cream. Put the chocolate cream in the piping bag and a grid pattern on the cake. Decorate with chocolate leaves.
