Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Health liqueur scheduled for May

Place the corn tips and young leaves into a wide-necked bottle. Cut open the small, young pine cones (6-8) and add them to the bottle as well. If desired, you can also add a little woodruff. Pour the mixture over the top with at least 40% alcohol and seal. Let the mixture stand in a bright place (like a window) for about 8 weeks, then strain and pour into a container. All of the individual ingredients should be gathered in May. The liqueur is good for the intestines, liver, and digestive problems, but it’s also great for enjoyment!
